Boat docks and floating walkways
In most situations the depth of water is not adequate for boats to come near the shore- making it difficult to embark / dis-embark. Either the passengers have to wade through shallow water or the fear of boats grounding hovers.
To overcome this concern either a fixed walkway into the waterbody or a floating solution is required. However abnormal water level recession or rise will make fixed walkways redundant. Similarly, make shift floating walkways will always be compromise on aesthetics and most importantly on safety.
The ‘Silverbay’ HDPE floating walkways negates all these concerns and
- First and foremost- it is safe to use.
- Handrails can be attached to enhance safety features
- Light in weight and hence can be adjusted without much effort in the event of sudden rise /fall in water level.
- Can be assembled /dis-assembled / re-assembled with ease.
- Aesthetically appealing
With suitable modifications the product is safe to use even in high current – please contact firstname.lastname@example.org / 8007088333 for further details.
There have been many videos doing the rounds where-in HDPE floating walkways have been used to access boats from sea beaches traversing high waves in the process –
BE INFORMED THAT HDPE FLOATING WALKWAYS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USAGE ON BEACHES WITH HIGH WAVES.
